1. Content Ownership

All content available on X-Stream, including but not limited to videos, images, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Baynith Group, X-Company, or their respective content providers and is protected by international copyright laws.

2. License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Stream and view content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Share video links through our provided sharing features
  • Embed videos on your website using our official embed code
  • Use our API according to the API documentation terms

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Download, copy, or redistribute content without authorization
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices or branding
  • Use content for commercial purposes without a separate agreement
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content
  • Circumvent any technological measures protecting the content
  • Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit comments or other content to X-Stream, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

5. Embedding License

You are permitted to embed X-Stream videos on third-party websites using our official embed code, provided that:

  • You do not remove or obscure the X-Stream branding
  • You do not interfere with the advertisement display
  • The hosting website complies with all applicable laws
  • You credit X-Stream as the source where appropriate

6. API Usage License

Our API is provided for integration purposes. Usage is subject to:

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our content and remove any embedded videos.
